Returns

This page describes how cancellations or refunds are handled when a paid engagement is in place. Many items on the site are informational only.

Digital materials

Downloadable templates, once delivered, are generally not eligible for return. If a file is defective, contact us with a description within fourteen days of delivery.

Scheduled services

For booked sessions, cancellation windows and any administrative fee are confirmed in writing before payment. If no bespoke terms exist, cancellation with at least five business days’ notice may receive a partial credit toward a rescheduled date.

Process

Submit refund or cancellation requests through the contact form with your reference number, date of purchase, and a short factual summary.

Timing

Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment channel where possible. Banks may add their own processing days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under Irish or EU law where relevant.

We retain correspondence about returns in line with the privacy notice. The date below reflects the latest revision of this page.
